L’azienda svizzera Quantya nata nel 2007 con sede a Lugano produce valide moto elettriche, in particolare la EVO1 che viene declinata nella versione strada, cross (per uso su pista) e supermotard. Il cuore della EVO1 è un motore Axial Gap DC brush con potenza di 8.5kW e una coppia di 16Nm, il pacco batterie Litio polimero da 52V si carica in 2 ore da una normale presa di corrente. La velocità massima è di circa 70Km/h, ma su mezzi di questo tipo dove ad esser sfruttati maggiormente sono coppia, trazione e ripresa non è il dato più importante. Il peso è di 93kg.
