Per la presentazione della T-Race M, la sua prima motocicletta dedicata al supermotard, Tacita ha scelto un palcoscenico d’eccezione: il BBT2014, che si svolgerà a Dubai dal 3 al 5 ottobre. Il Big Boys Toys 2014 vedrà il lancio in anteprima mondiale di questa supermotard elettrica. Nata in edizione limitata, la T-Race M rappresenta l’ingresso di Tacita nel segmento del lusso con un oggetto creato per mostrare lo stato dell’arte della motocicletta elettrica italiana, realizzata utilizzando esclusivamente l’eccellenza della componentistica made in Italy. La moto è equipaggiata dal blocco motore Tacita, nella sua versione più evoluta accoppiato al cambio a 5 rapporti. Trattandosi di una supermotard, è stata rivista la ciclistica ed è stato potenziato il comparto freni: la moto monta una forcella Ohlins TTX, fornita dal partner italiano Andreani, completamente regolabile con setting separati per le alte e le basse velocità. Al posteriore il mono ammortizzatore, sempre marchiato Ohlins, completa il sistema di sospensione. L’impianto frenante anteriore Brembo adotta una pompa radiale così come radiale è la pinza che lavora su un disco freno da 320mm, in grado di fornire potenza e modulabilità anche nelle situazioni più difficili. Le ruote a raggi da 17″ sono fornite su specifiche Tacita dalla FA-BA, realizzate con mozzi CNC e cerchi in alluminio; montano coperture racing Pirelli (Diablo SBK), ideali per l’utilizzo in pista, nelle misure 12/70-17 all’anteriore e 160/60-17 al posteriore. Le stesse misure saranno omologate per l’utilizzo su strade aperte al pubblico, garantendo così ai fortunati clienti un’ampia scelta di coperture stradali. Grintosa e scattante allestita in nero, dato dalla fibra di carbonio delle carene, lo schema colori si completa con il bianco della sella e della cover del faro e dai dettagli anodizzati in “Rosso Tacita”. Realizzata in edizione limitata, in questo particolare allestimento verranno prodotti soltanto 5 esemplari corredati da una targhetta numerata, il primo dei quali verrà presentato in anteprima al BBT2014.

At the rear mono shock, always marked Ohlins, full suspension system. The front brake system Brembo radial master cylinder as well as adopting a radial caliper is working on a brake disc 320mm, capable of providing power and control even in the most difficult situations.
