Apex AP-0 EV: british green beast

APEX_01La britannica Apex ha presentato la AP-0 la sua prima supersportiva 100% elettrica. Grazie all’abbondante uso di fibra di carbonio il peso è ridotto a 1200 kg (il solo pacco batterie da 90 kWh, alloggiato sotto i sedili, pesa circa 550 kg). La Apex grazie ad un design estremo sfrutta l’effetto suolo per una maggior tenuta di strada, con un downforce tale da poter affrontare senza problemi anche le curve più impegnative. Il suo motore elettrico con trazione posteriore eroga ben 650CV (484kW) e permette di compiere lo scatto 0-100 Km/h in 2,3 secondi e di raggiungere una velocità massima di 305 Km/h! La vettura ha un’autonomia di 515 Km ed è dotata del sistema di ricarica veloce fast charge con attacco CCS Combo 2. La Apex AP-0 entrerà in produzione a fine 2022 e il prezzo sarà di circa 168.000 euro.

APEX_03The british company Apex presented the AP-0 its first 100% electric super sports car. Thanks to the large use of carbon fiber, the weight is reduced to 1200 Kg (consider that the 90kWh battery pack, under the seats, weighs approximately 550 Kg). Thanks to its extreme design the Apex uses the ground effect for a better grip on the road, with a downforce that allows to face the most demanding curves without any problem. Its electric motor with rear-wheel drive delivers 650HP (484kW) and allows you to cover the 0-100 Km/h sprint in 2.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 305 Km/h! The car has a 515 km range and is equipped with the fast charging system with CCS Combo 2 connection. The Apex AP-0 will go into production at the end of 2022 and the price will be around 168,000 euros.

Pensata per i veri motociclisti questa naked elettrica di Kymco deriva dal prototipo SuperNEX e monta un cambio a 6 marce che all’occorenza è possibile anche sfruttare in modalità automatica. La moto è in grado di passare da 0 a 100 km/h in 3,9 secondi e di raggiungere una velocità massima di 205 km/h, per gestire la potenza c’è il controllo della trazione denominato FEP (Full Engagement Performance) e la possibilità di scegliere tra 4 diversi settaggi di guida: Poised (equilibrato), Assertive (deciso), Bold (audace) ed Extreme (estremo). Per appagare anche l’orecchio del biker la RevoNEX monta il sistema AAM (Active Acoustic Motor) con una serie di acustiche pensate per amplificare il suono originale del motore che, insieme alla meccanica della trasmissione, donano a questa un sound inconfondibile. Alla sua presentazione all’EICMA 2019 non sono stati diffusi dati sulla potenza del motore e sull’autonomia ma l’arrivo sul mercato è previsto per il 2021.

Tesla Model Y: Tesla is getting S3XY

Come detto in precedenza Tesla è diventata S3XY (un gioco di parole dato dai modelli programmati model S, 3, X e ultima la Y). In anticipo sui tempi il SUV di taglia media ha iniziato la sua vita commerciale e sarà in consegna da marzo negli USA. La Model Y, le cui prenotazioni sono aperte da marzo 2019 anche per l’Italia, sarà assemblata negli Stati Uniti, in Cina e in futuro anche presso la fabbrica di Berlino (proteste permettendo). La produzione dei primi esemplari è partita e sono stati diffusi anche alcuni dettagli aggiornati in merito alle prestazioni delle batterie: la versione Long Range 4wd dichiara ora un’autonomia di 505 Km misurati con ciclo WLTP. Rispetto alla Model 3, da cui deriva, la Model Y offre più spazio interno e sarà quindi ordinabile anche in configurazione a 7 posti, pressochè uguali le opzioni relative al powertrain anche se all’inizio saranno previste solo le varianti Long Range 4wd e Performance: quest’ultima dichiara una velocità massima di ben 241 km/h e 3.7 secondi per lo scatto da 0-100 Km/h. Il listino prezzi varia da 63000 e 75000 euro, esclusi eventuali incentivi.

As told before Tesla has become S3XY (a pun given by the programmed models: model S, 3, X and last the Y). Ahead of the times, the mid-size SUV has started its commercial life and will be delivered from March in the USA. Model Y, whose reservations are open from March 2019 for Italy too, will be assembled in the United States, China and in the future also at the Berlin factory (protests permitting). The production of the first units has started and some updated details on the battery performance have also been released: the Long Range 4wd version now declares a range of 505 Km measured with the WLTP cycle. Compared to the Model 3, from which it derives, the Model Y offers more internal space and can also be ordered in 7-seater configuration, the powertrain options are almost the same even if initially only the Long Range 4wd and Performance variants will be provided: the Performance version declares a top speed of 241 km/h and 3.7 seconds for the 0-100 km/h sprint. Presented by the spanish company Pursang Motorcyle the E-Track has cool flat track design (similar to its sister E-Street) and it’s a fun and agile electric motorbike. Polizia green: Comune di Pistoia su Zero Motorcycles Zero DSR

Recentemente la Polizia Municipale di Pistoia si è dotata di motociclette elettriche prodotte dalla californiana Zero Motorcycles. Le moto in questione sono delle Zero DSR che hanno ricevuto uno specifico allestimento dall’italiana Bertazzoni Veicoli Speciali, con sede a Collecchio (Parma), specializzata nella fornitura di mezzi configurati per le forze dell’ordine,  le moto sono quindi dotate di tutti i dispositivi, delle grafiche  e accessori previsti dalla normativa riguardante le moto di servizio per le polizie locali.

Le Zero DSR sono disponibili sia con pacco batterie standard da 11,4 kWh che con Power Tank con capacità complessiva di 18 kWh, sono dotate di un motore elettrico da 52 kW (69CV) che consente una velocità massima di 163 km/h. L’autonomia in ciclo urbano è di 262 Km (328 con Power Tank), mentre nel ciclo misto (50% urbano e 50% autostradale a 113 Km/h) i dati diventano 169 Km (212 con Power Tank).

HONDA e: ready to go

Jonny Smith on his YouTube channel CarPervert drives the Honda e, the all new compact EV made by the japanese builder and presented at Frankfurt Auto show 2019. A compact car (3900mm long) with power steps between 136 and 154HP, a 35,5 kWh battery pack, about 200km range and price tag from 35500 euro up to 38500 euros for the top version.

Un’auto compatta (lunga 3900 mm) con livelli di potenza tra i 136 e 154CV, un pacco batteria da 35,5 kWh, autonomia di circa 200 km e prezzo compreso tra 35500 euro e 38500 euro per la versione top.

Alla fine del 2019, BMW ha mostrato che sta lavorando ad una motocicletta elettrica denominata BMW E-Power. BMW Motorrad ha invitato una selezione di giornalisti europei a guidare il prototipo presso il centro di sviluppo BMW di Miramas, in Francia. Al momento la moto è solo un concept con un telaio specifico, un motore elettrico e alcuni elementi presi dagli attuali modelli in produzione (la parte anteriore da una S1000 RR e la parte posteriore da una R1200 RS). Questa moto pesa circa 296 kg e ha una potenza di 100kW (134 CV). L’azienda tedesca non ha fissato una data per la versione stradale ma ha dichiarato che una produzione non sarà contemplata fino a quando non sarà possibile avere un’autonomia di 200-300 km per singola carica.

In the end of 2019 BMW showed that is working on an electric motorcycle called the BMW E-Power. BMW Motorrad invited selected European journalists to drive the prototype at the BMW Vehicle Development Centre in Miramas, in France. At this time the motorcycle is just a concept with a custom frame, electric motor and some elements taken from actual production models (the front end from a S1000 RR and the rear part from a R1200 RS). This bike weights arond 296 kg and has power of 100 kW (134 bhp). The german company didn’t say a date for the road-ready version but declared that a production will not be considered until it’s possible to have a range of 200-300 km per single charge.

FISKER OCEAN: Henrik strikes back

CES 2020, Henrik Fisker ha svelato il suo SUV elettrico denominato Ocean, che si presenta come una diretta concorrente della Tesla Model Y. Il prezzo di partenza è 37499 dollari e l’inizio delle consegne è previsto per la prima metà del 2022, le vendite per ora sono solo per il mercato USA ma è previsto anche l’arrivo nel vecchio continente. L’auto è già prenotabile on-line con una caparra di 250 dollari e in seguito sarà anche possibile un leasing flessibile (senza vincoli contrattuali di durata) con canone mensile. La Fisker Ocean si presenta come un’auto estremamente sostenibile con molte parti realizzate usando materiali riciclati; ad esempio il cruscotto fatto con materiale ricavato da magliette usate, i tappetini realizzati con bottiglie di plastica e reti da pesca e la guarnizione intorno al lunotto posteriore derivata da pneumatici riutilizzati. Non è stata diffusa una dettagliata scheda tecnica ma si sa che la Ocean avrà un’autonomia di circa 480km (con una batteria da 80 kWh). Sarà disponibile in più varianti anche con trazione integrale , compresa una più sportiva, che sarà in grado di coprire lo scatto 0-100 km/h in meno di 3 secondi. Contribuisce alla ricarica anche l’ampio tetto solare, che in condizioni ottimali dovrebbe garantire circa 4 km al giorno di percorrenza aggiuntiva. La Fisker Ocean è dotata di un avanzato sistema di assistenza alla guida che utilizza due radar anteriori.

CES 2020, Henrik Fisker has unveiled its electric SUV called Ocean, which arrives as a direct competitor of the Tesla Model Y. The starting price is $37,499 and delivery will begin in the first half of 2022, sales for now are only for the US market but is expected to come in Europe too. The car can already be reserved online with a $250 deposit and it will be also available a flexible lease (without contractual duration restrictions) with a monthly fee. The Fisker Ocean is declared as an extremely sustainable car with many parts made using recycled materials; for example the dashboard made with material obtained from used shirts, the mats made with plastic bottles and fishing nets and the gasket around the rear window derived from reused tires. A detailed data sheet has not been released but it is known that Ocean will have a range of about 480km (with an 80 kWh battery). It will be available in several variants, also with all-wheel drive, including a sportier one, which will be able to cover the 0-100 km/h sprint in less than 3 seconds. The large solar roof also contributes to charging, in optimal conditions should guarantee about 4 km per day of additional range. The Fisker Ocean is equipped with an advanced driver assistance system that uses two front radars.
